About me

My name is Koharu Tanabe.  I'm from Gunma Prefecture.  
There are five people and one bird in my family. I'm second children because I have an old brother and a young sister. 

My favorite place of my hometown is hot spring.  I love it and go there every month.
There are many hot spring in Gunma. For example, IKAHO, KUSATHU and MINAKAMI.
Please go there!

I have been swimming for 10 years.  I like BR. BR is called HIRAOYOGI in Japanese.
So, I think that I want to swim every day. I will go to pool in during Golden week.



I chose to study in the University of Niigata Prefecture because I am interested in nutrition and food culture. I hope to enjoy my university life with classmate!

    I have been IKAHO before. I remember that I feel fun to climb one hundreds stairs. And I ate Manju. It is so delicious.
    I want to go to KUSATHU, too.

    I want to go to KUSATU hot spring.
    If I go to there, I want to see UBATAKE. I think that it is very famous in Japan.

    I really admire you for being able to do the breaststroke! I'd love to go to a hot spring in Gunma Prefecture too!

Golden week!!

 My holiday  2026.5.3 My friend came to Niigata and stay in my house. We ate ramen, snacks and donuts at midnight. We enjoyed talking about university life. Next day, we went to sea and enjoyed picnic. To bring lunch boxes, we got up early and made lunch. The wing was very strong that day but we could make special memories. That evening we came back my hometown. So, I will enjoy family’s time bring Golden Week!

Cooking!!

 Bakery 2026.5.9 I made bagel yesterday. It was very good looks. So, I was hungry when I was making it. Bagel is my favorite bread. I have two reasons. First, I am interested in cooking methods because it was boil!  Second, I like that texture. I always think that I am owner of bakery's shop while I made it. I will make sandwich by using it and I do picnic. I am exciting! Next time, I want to try baking French Bread.
