 School cafeteria 2026.5.24 I ate Taco rice in school cafeteria. It's so delicious.  University of Niigata prefecture of school cafeteria has many kinds of menu. For example, curry, udon noodle, ramen and buffe style.  I was surprised when I have visited University of Niigata Prefecture first time.  I'm look forward to having lunch every day.  My recommend menu is Imo Mochi of buffe. It was soft and crispy! Please try it! I want to complete all menu While I'm in college.

  Professor's Frank gave presentation to ours. He is professor at Toyama university, and he talked to us about our local food treasure. He loves Japanese culture and he is trying some Japanese culture by himself. For example, having his rice field, having chicken to get eggs and living in old Japanese style house with his family.  This presentation is many important points from mindset of makers to connection to environment that is growing for us.  This presentation time was so precious. I could get new ideas, view, felling thought this presentation.   I learned Japanese culture food's method are wonderful and proud of. For example, when Japanese sake markers make sake, they don't eat natto and Japanese sake is made by using bacteria that is creature.   I think that those is unique to Japan. I knew that Japanese food is very famous because of its skilled craftsmanship and making way promoted long time. But I didn't know that these are so difficult and compl...

 I found new favorite food recently. It is Tantan Ramen because it is so creamy and a little spicy. I already have loved Ramen, but I haven't very often eaten it. I want to try eating different kind of it. I'm sure that I find newly discovers.  If you know recommend Ramen shop, please tell me about it!

 Bakery 2026.5.9 I made bagel yesterday. It was very good looks. So, I was hungry when I was making it. Bagel is my favorite bread. I have two reasons. First, I am interested in cooking methods because it was boil!  Second, I like that texture. I always think that I am owner of bakery's shop while I made it. I will make sandwich by using it and I do picnic. I am exciting! Next time, I want to try baking French Bread.     

 My holiday  2026.5.3 My friend came to Niigata and stay in my house. We ate ramen, snacks and donuts at midnight. We enjoyed talking about university life. Next day, we went to sea and enjoyed picnic. To bring lunch boxes, we got up early and made lunch. The wing was very strong that day but we could make special memories. That evening we came back my hometown. So, I will enjoy family’s time bring Golden Week!
